摘要
本文研究了阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基磺酸钠(SDS),阳离子表面活性剂十六烷基三甲、基溴化铰(CTMAB),非离子表面活性剂TritonX-100,Tween-20,Tween-80及铬天菁S(CAS),邻菲啉(Phen),8-羟基喹啉(Oxine),盐酸羟胺,二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸钠(DDTC)等数种试剂对锌的增敏作用,初探了其增敏机理和抑制干扰的机理,选用了增敏作用最强的TritonX-100为增敏剂,提出了6%TrtionX-100存在下FAAS直接测定蜂蜜制品中锌的新方法。方法特征浓度0.116mg/1L/1%A,平均回收率95.8±2.78%,平均相对标准偏差1.62%。
This article studies some surfactant sensibilizers to zine. The reagents studied are SDS t CTMAB, Triton X-100, Tween-20, CAS, Phen, Oxine, Hydroxylamine hydrochloride,DDTC etc. Through the test , Triton X-100 is selected as the most desirable sensibilizer. The new method of testing Zn content in the product of honey in the existence of 6% Triton X-100 has been worked out. The characteristic concentration of this method is 0. 116 mg/L/ 1 %A. Mean recoreries are 95. 8± 2. 78%. Mean RSD is 1. 62%.
