摘要
提出了钴 (Ⅱ ) 茜素红 罗丹明B 聚乙烯醇体系光度法测定钴 (Ⅱ )的新方法。该方法灵敏度高 ,ε =3.2 8× 10 5L·mol- 1·cm- 1,线性范围为 0~ 7.5 μg/ 5 0ml,测定 2 μg钴 (Ⅱ ) 6次 ,RSD为2 .6 6 % ,用于水中痕量钴的测定 。
In an ammoniacal buffer medium of pH 10, Co(Ⅱ) was reacted with alizarin red and rhodamine B to form a ternary complex, which was remarkably sensitized and stabilized by the addition of PVA. The absorption maxima was found at 556nm. Beer′s law was held over the range of 0~7.5μg of Co(Ⅱ) per 50ml of solution, with a molar absorptivity of 3.28×10 5L·mol -1·cm -1. RSD at the level of 2μg of Co(Ⅱ) was found to be 2.66% (n=6). This method has been applied satisfactorily to the determination of trace amounts of cobalt in water.
