摘要
用单官能团醇对不饱和聚酯树脂改性 ,合成了苯乙烯含量为 30 %的W0 1树脂 ,对W0 1树脂的挥发性和反应性进行了测定 ,研究了成膜助剂对W0 1树脂性能的影响 ,并与通用型 191树脂和一种亚克力板层间粘合用不饱和聚酯商品树脂进行了比较 ;指出结合成膜助剂的W0 1树脂能进一步降低苯乙烯的散发。
W01 unsaturated polyester resin with 30 wt.% styrene monomer was obtained by synthetic modification of monofunctional alcohol.The styrene emission and reactivity of W01 resin were studied in comparison with two kinds of unsaturated polyester resins,one of them is 191 resin for general use,and the other is used as adhesive agent for acrylic materials.It is indicated that W01 resin could reduce styrene emission when it combined with film-forming additive.
