摘要
利用原位聚合法将nm SiO2预先分散到生产不饱和聚酯树脂的原料体系中,通过改进树脂生产工艺,可直接制得纳米改性不饱和聚酯树脂,并使树脂固化后的强度、韧性、耐热性等性能得到较大幅度的提高,并对其改性机理作了初步的探讨。
Nano-SiO_2 was dispersed in the system of unsatured polyester resin by in-situ polymerization and its production process modified and it showed that its hardness,toughness and heat resistance were increased clearly.The mechanism of the nano materials was also discussed in this paper.
