摘要
通过差示扫描量热(DSC)法确定了不饱和聚酯(UP)树脂采用过氧化二苯甲酰(BPO)、过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)和过氧化二特丁烷(DTBP)3种不同固化剂固化时的最佳固化温度,同时对BPO和DCP体系的固化反应动力学进行了详细研究,包括体系凝胶时间和活化能的确定;研究了液体聚异丁烯(PIB)、马来酸酐接枝PIB(PIB-g-MAH)及甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯接枝PIB(PIB-g-GMA)对UP树脂固化行为的影响。
Three different curing agents (BPO, DCP and DTBP) in unsaturated polyester were investigated through DSC method. The optimal curing temperatures of this three curing agent systems were determined and the curing kinetics of BPO and DCP systems were studied in detail. The effects of three different toughners(pure liquid PIB, PIB-g-MAH and PIB-g-GMA) on the unsaturated polyester's curing behavior were also studied.
