摘要
本实验采用FeSO_4/抗坏血酸体系观察氧自由基对鼠心肌线粒体H^+-ATP酶的损伤作用以及丹参素(DS-182)的保护效应。结果表明:FeSO_4/抗坏血酸可使线粒体H^+-ATP酶水解活性明显下降,而丹参素具有明显的保护作用,它可防止H^+-ATP酶水解活性的下降,并呈一定的浓度依赖关系和“饱和效应”。
Mitochondria isolated from rat heart was used to study the protective effect of DS-182 against free radical damage, which was resulted from FeSO_4/Ascorbic acid. It was found that free radicals decreased the H^+-ATPase activity of mitochondria significantly, however, DS-182 inhibited this anti H^+-ATPase activity induced by free radicals (P<0.01) in a dose-dependent manner.
