摘要
目的 探讨正常关节软骨在受压时的内部结构变化。方法 取正常关节软骨制成圆柱形标本 ,并用压头进行轴向加载 ,置于固定液中固定 ;纵向切取标本 ,分别作常规HE染色和甲苯胺蓝染色 ,观察软骨细胞的形态和软骨基质的染色 ;用扫描电镜观察胶原纤维的结构。结果 关节软骨在受压后软骨细胞变得扁平 ,软骨基质染色增加 ,胶原纤维变得弯曲、不规则 ,甚至断裂。结论 关节软骨在受压后会出现内部结构的变化 ;如果应变较大 。
objective To study the structure changes of articular cartilage under compression.Methods Cylinder specimens were loaded by indentors.After fixation they were sectioned longitudinally and stained with hematoxylin and eosin or toluidine blue for viewing chondrocytes.The specimens prepared for scanning electron microscope were used to observe collagen fibers.Results Chnodrocytes in loaded articular cartilage became flatten;and collagen fibers became bent,irregular or even broken.Conclusion The structure of articular cartilage could be changed after indenting.If the strains are great enough some destroying signs such as injuries of chondrocytes and breaking of collagen fibers may occur.
