摘要
目的 :观察关节内注射透明质酸钠对兔膝关节炎模型中退变软骨的影响。 方法 :以 2 4只成年新西兰兔为实验对象 ,建立 Hulth膝关节骨关节炎模型。实验组 ( 12只 )于术后第 8周开始 ,每周关节内注射 1%透明质酸钠 1ml,连续注射 5次。对照组 ( 12只 )不作任何治疗。注射后 6周处死动物 ,在手术显微镜下观察膝关节表面 ;取股骨内髁软骨标本进行透射电镜观察 ;取内侧胫骨髁软骨作氨基己糖测定。结果 :实验组动物软骨细胞退变程度均较对照组明显减轻 ;实验组软骨内氨基己糖测定值亦较对照组显著增高 ( P<0 .0 5 )。 结论 :关节内注射外源性透明质酸能减轻兔膝关节骨关节炎模型的关节软骨退变程度 。
Objective: To evaluate the effect of intra articular hyaluronate injection for the degenerative cartilage of osteoarthritis models in rabbit. Methods: Twenty four adult New Zealand rabbits were used as osteoarthritis models, which were established by Hulth technique. In experimental group (12 rabbits), the model knee joint was injected with 1 ml 1% sodium hyaluronate 8 weeks after the operation, 5 times every week. The control group (12 rabbits) was not treated by any injection. The animals were sacrificed during the sixth week after the first injection. The surface of knee joint was examined by surgical microscope and the articular cartilage of the medial femoral condylar was excised and prepared for transmission electron microscopic study. The articular cartilage of medial tibial condylar was excised for determination of hexosamine. Results: The degenerative changes of articular cartilage in experimental group was significantly lighter than in the control group under surgical microscope and in ultrastructural study. There was a significant increase ( P <0.05) of hexosamine in the experimental group compared with control group. Conclusion: Intra articular injection of exogenous can alleviate degeneration, promote metabolism and self reparation of articular cartilage .
