摘要
目的：观察膝关节内注射透明质酸钠治疗骨关节炎的效果。方法：１９９６～２０００年在膝关节内注射透明质酸钠治疗骨关节炎 １５０例，每周一次关节内注射１％透明质酸钠２．５ ｍｌ连续５周。结果：随诊１年以上１２０例，随诊时间１～４年，平均随诊２年，疗效满意率８４．４％，本组亦无任何并发症发生。结论：膝关节内注射透明质酸钠是治疗骨关节炎安全有效的方法。
Objective:Evaluating the effect of sodium hyaluronate injection for the treatment of osteoarthritis. Methods:A total of 150 patients having osteoarthritis were treated w sodium hyaluronate injection from 1996 to 2000.The knee joint was injected with 2.5 ml 1 % sodium hyaluronate every week for 5 consecutive weeks. Results: 120 cases were followed-up more than 1 year,followed for 1~4 years,with an average of 2 years. 84.4% of the patients had excellent or good result at the final follow-up study,there are no complications in the groups. Conclusion: The Long-term results indicate that sodium hyaluronate injection is a simple, safe and effective method for treatment of osteoarthritis.
