摘要
食品无菌包装是当今世界上发展速度最快的先进科学包装技术之一。尤其是进入80年代后,各国的无菌包装食品产量逐年递增,美国的无菌包装食品产量以每年15%—20%的速度增长,西欧各国在1986年无菌包装食品已达到200亿包,预计今年将达到260亿包,即以每年增长5.5%的速度发展。我国自70年代末开始,相继在广东、上海、北京、广西等地引进了国外先进的无菌包装设备,其中数量最多的是瑞典的利乐包无菌包装生产线,全国有40余条,主要生产饮料类液体食品,年生产饮料可达10多万吨。
Aseptic packaging for foodstuffs is an advanced packaging technology growing rapidly in the world today.This article looks at the characteristics of the aseptic packaging and packaging containers for the technology such as metal can,composite can,paper-based multi-layer container,plastic container and glass,container.Also discussed in the article is aseptic packaging system namely ffs machine,aseptic packaging machine with pre- formed container,hog-in-box filling machine,bag making-filling machine and bottle filler.
