摘要
目的 :选择合适动物建立脑缺血模型。方法 :结扎左侧或右侧颈总动脉 ;结扎双侧颈总动脉 ;结扎双侧椎动脉和双侧颈总动脉。结果 :(1)结扎兔和SD大鼠左侧或右侧颈总动脉 ,不影响其存活 ;(2 )结扎双侧颈总动脉后的SD大鼠 ,其中 2 /3以上动物在术后 1~ 7d内死亡 ,虽然有 2只大鼠存活 10d ,但体质消瘦 ;(3)结扎沙土鼠左侧颈总动脉后 ,有 1/2的动物在5~ 12h内死亡 ;结扎双侧颈总动脉的沙土鼠 ,术后 2~ 5h内全部死亡 ;(4 )结扎SD大鼠 4动脉 (双侧椎动脉和双侧颈总动脉 )后 ,其中约 1/3在术后 2~ 5h内死亡 ,约 2 /3在术后 12h内死亡 ,另有 2只在 2 4h后死亡。结论 :因大鼠的脑血管配置与人类近似 ,最好选用大鼠做脑缺血模型。
Objective:To establish cerebral ischemia models by choosing suitable animals. Methods:Left or right common carotid, bilateral common carotids, bilateral vertebral arteries and bilateral common carotids of animal models were ligated. Results:(1) The left or right common carotids of rabbits and SD rats were ligated and they all survived; (2) more than 2/3 SD rats died after the ligation of bilateral common carotids within 1-7days. Although two SD rats survived 10 days, they were both weak and thin; (3) 50% of the animals died 5-12 hours after the ligation of left common carotids of gerbils. They all died within 2-5 hours after the ligation of their bilateral common carotids; (4) about 1/3 of SD rates died within 2-5 hours, after the four arteries were ligated, and about 2/3 of them died within 12 hours, only two died 24 hours later. Conclusion: It is better to choose rats as cerebral ischemia models, because rats resemble human beings in the distribution of brain blood vessels.
