摘要
脑缺血/再灌注可以导致严重的血脑屏障损伤,进而加重神经细胞缺血缺氧。因此,脑缺血/再灌注后血脑屏障的损伤既是损伤的结果,也是进一步触发脑组织损伤的原因,它是脑缺血级联反应的重要病理过程。缺血后适应已成为国内外抗缺血/再灌注损伤研究的热点。近年来,采用多种不同的方法对缺血后适应进行了探讨研究,发现缺血后适应对不同动物多种器官缺血/再灌注均有抗损伤作用,尤其可有效保护血脑屏障的完整性,降低其通透性。
Studies have shown that cerebral ischemia-reperfusion can cause serious blood-brain barrier(BBB) damage,then aggravate neurons ischemia and hypoxia.Therefore,BBB's damage is regarded as both the result of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury and a further cause triggering destruction of nerve tissues.It is an important pathophysiology process of ischemic cascade.Ischemic postconditioning could have protective effect on blood-brain barrier(BBB) after cerebral ischemia and reperfusion,which has been attracting more attentions from the physicians abroad and at home in recent years.Scholars have verified this view via doing a large number of experiments on various animals and relative organs.Its protection mechanisms may be mainly associated with regulation of integrity and permeability of BBB.
