摘要
从西方近代保护私有财产和建立私有财产权利体系与我国封建社会对私有财产权利的限制与掠夺的对比表明 ,制度变迁对经济增长的重要意义 ;因此 ,从政治、法律的角度构建制度体系并对私有产权具体界定 ,承认与保护私营资本 ,这是社会进步的必由之路。
This paper presents a contrast between the system in modern time in the west concerning the protection of private property and the establishment of private ownership, and the system in the feudalist society of China concerning the private ownership limitation. The contrast evidences the significance of system transition to economic growth. Thus, the establishment of system beneficial to the recognition and protection of private capital will pave the path for social progress.
