摘要
在对我国工程质量监督实践总结的基础上 ,提出了现行工程质量监督与评价中需解决的五个基本问题。针对问题 ,围绕油田工程质量监督的特色 ,探索总结出了一套行之有效的工程质量监督和质量评价的方法。
After summarizing the practical experience of supervising project quality in China,five basic problems are raised that need to be solved in the present supervision and evaluation of project quality.In view of these problems and the characteristics of project quality supervision in oilfields,a set of methods are worked out that have been proved to be effective for project quality supervision and evaluation.
