摘要
本文针对我国现阶段煤炭建设工程质量监督的现状,围绕煤炭建设工程质量监督详细阐述了质量监督系统之间的监督关系,从政府对建设工程的质量监督,从质量监督机构的组织机构建设、人事管理、质监设备的改进、信息管理等方面,提高质量监督机构自身的建设,为监督工作提供强有力的物质保证,积极探索煤炭建设工程质量的控制及监督管理运作方式。
In view of the current situation of the quality supervision of the coal construction project in our country at the present stage,focused on the quality supervision of the coal construction project,detailly analyzed the supervision relationship between focusing on with the quality control and the supervision system,from the government quality supervision to the construction project,the quality supervision organization construction,personnel management,improvement of quality monitoring equipment,information management etc. improving itself construction of the quality supervision institution,provided a strong guarantee for the supervision work,and actively explored the mode of operation of the quality control and supervision of the coal construction project.
