摘要 以n-BuLi为引发剂,研究了丙烯腈(AN)在正己烷等溶剂中的阴离子均聚反应。结果表明:PAN的分子量与n-BuLi浓度无关,随AN浓度增加而增大;聚合开始几分钟就达到最终转化率的80%。提出了引发剂效率的估算公式。用环氧乙烷、乙烯基吡啶对AN盖帽减活,能抑制部分副反应。从聚合产物的GPC和红外光谱分析,讨论了反应条件对聚合副反应的影响。 Initiated by n-BuLi in n-hexane, the anionic homopolymerization of AN has been studied. The results show that the molecular weight of PAN is independent of the concentraion of n BuLi and is increased with the increase of AN concentration. The AN conversion could reach 80% of the ultimate conversion in a few minutes. It has been found that EO-cap and VP-cap deactivation could reduce parts of side-reactions and a formula for estimating initiator efficiency is suggested. Analysing by GPC and IR graphs of PAN obtained, we have discussed the effect of reaction conditions on side-reactions of AN polymerization.
