摘要
研究了以偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,丙烯腈在混合溶剂中的自由基聚合规律。发现随着混合溶剂中水含量的增加,聚合反应速率加快,反应分为两部分,即溶液相反应和液固界面反应,后者所占比例逐渐增加。但当混合溶剂中水含量超过50%(质量)时,反应速率减慢。由实验结果求出了反应速率与引发剂、单体浓度的关系,建立了聚合反应速率方程,并求得了聚合反应的表观活化能和Arrhenius指前因子。
The kinetics of acrylonitrile polymerization in mixed-solution system with AlBN as initiator had been studied. The effects of initiator and monomer concetration, temperature and water content in mixed-solution on the polymerization rate had been investigated. It was found that when water content is higher than 10%(mass), the polymerization can be diveded into tow steps according to its polymerization rate. When water content is lower than 50%(mass), the Rp in two steps are enhanced as water content increased. But when water content is higher than 50%(mass), the Rp in two steps are decreased simutaneously. The rate equations of the polymerization in two steps had been established respectively. As the same time, the activation energies and Arrhenius factors in two steps had also been determined respectively.
