摘要
信息社会中 ,高校办学规模不断扩大的形势下 ,如何利用计算机网络技术和现代统计分析手段对教学质量信息进行收集、加工、分析与决策 ,形成积极的、制度化的和全程实时控制的教学全面质量管理运行机制 ,实现教学管理手段的现代化、网络化和实时化 ,这是高校管理面临的一个课题。本文在实证研究的基础上 ,探讨了网上教学质量监控的理论基础、运行机制。
Under the situation of universities' enlarging scale in the information society, it is an important project for universities to use computer network technologies and modern statistics means to collect, process, analyze the teaching information to form positive, systematical and full-time monitoring system ,and to realize the modernization, netwok and timely uses of teaching management. On the basis of practical research, this paper discusses the theoretical basis ,processing system, technological means and the actual effects of monitoring the teaching quality through internet.
