摘要
研究藜蒿提取物对食用油脂的抗氧化性能。结果表明,藜蒿用90℃热水提取、乙酸乙酯萃取而得到的抗氧化物质,产率高,抗氧化效果好。另外,对猪肉的保鲜也有一定的作用。
Oxidation resistance of the different extracts from Artemisia sele ngnesis Turca was studied on edible oil.It was found that the extracts of Artemi sia selengnesis Turcz by using hot water and rthyl acetate as solvents should hi ghly resist oxidation and extract yields.It is also useful in the conservation o f fresh meat.
