Synthesis of Aspartame with Lactone Method

摘要 以 L-天冬氨酸为原料 ,采用内酯法并通过先脱羟甲基再去保护基的方法 ,以避免原酸酐工艺中 β-阿斯巴甜副产物的生成 ,提高阿斯巴甜成品的质量。 Aspartame was synthesized from L aspartic acid by lactonization and using dehydro xymethylation and then deprotection method to avoid the by product of N methylaspartame, and so to improve the quality of the final end product.
