摘要
目的 :观察龙眼参提取物对脾虚小鼠的治疗作用。方法 :应用脾虚的小鼠模型研究龙眼参提取物治疗作用。结果 :龙眼参提取物能恢复脾虚小鼠的体重和进食量并提高小鼠血清IgG的含量 ,并能提高机体耐寒耐热耐疲劳的能力 ,促进恢复因饮食不节致脾虚小鼠的尿木糖排泄率及增加血清淀粉酶活性。结论 :龙眼参能有效促进机体的消化功能 ,增进食欲 。
Objective:Investigation of the effects of extract from longyanshen on spleen asthenia animal models.Methods:The effect of extract from longyanshen on spleen asthenia was investigated using animal models.Results:Body weight,appetite and content of IgG in blood serum with the spleen asthenia mice were improved following the treatment with extract from longyanshen.Extract from longyanshen could raise the resistance to cold,heat and fatigue in the spleen asthenia mice.It could promote the excretory rate of xylopyranose in the spleen asthenia mice cause of diet overdos,and increase the activity of amylase in blood serum.Conclusion:Longyanshen could promote uitility the digestive function,increase food appetite and rise immun ability of body.
