摘要
目的 :研究龙眼参提取物对脑缺血再灌注所致损伤的保护作用。方法 :采用结扎大鼠双侧颈总动脉造成急性脑缺血模型 ,随即再灌注。结果 :龙眼参提取物可降低脑内丙二醇 (MDA )含量 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,同时提高超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD) (P <0 .0 1 )、过氧化氢酶 (CAT) (P <0 .0 1 )和谷胱苷肽过氧化物酶 (GSH- Px) (P <0 .0 1 )的含量。结论 :龙眼参提取物对大鼠脑缺血再灌注所致损伤有保护作用 。
Objective:To study the protective effects of extract from longyanshen (EL) on acute cerebral ischemia.Methods:Rat ischemia was induced by ligaturing bilateral common carotid arteries and lasting for 100 min, then reperfusion for 50 min.Result:EL decreased the contents of cerebal water and malondialdehyda (MDA),elevated the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD),glutathione peroxidase (GSH Px) and catalase (CAT).Conclusion:EL decreases cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury by enhancing the activity of anti oxidative enzymes, subsequently inhabiting lipid peroxidation and attenuating free radical mediated damage to the brain.
