摘要
研究了用以脱除高浓度 CH4 和 CO的贵金属体系催化氧化燃烧剂 ,筛选出的 S3催化剂在氧过量 ,空速 15 0 0h- 1 条件下 ,可将 CH4 和 C2 H6 脱除至 0 .1× 10 - 6 的最低温度分别为 30 0℃和 180℃。在 330℃、 15 0 0 h- 1 条件下长期考察催化剂的活性 ,CH4 <0 .1× 10 - 6的时间长达 2 0 0 0 h。催化剂的最高使用温度不宜超过 6 0 0℃。
Oxidation catalysts contains noble metal for CO and CH 4 elimination had been investigated,and among them catalyst S3 had been selected.It can reduce the CH 4 and C 2H 6 content down to 0 1×10 6 under conditions of surplus oxygen,space velocity 1500 h 1 ,and lowest temperature 300℃ and 180℃ respectively.Long term activity of the catalyst had been investigated under 330℃ and space velocity 1500 h 1 ,and proved that the time interval for residual CH 4<0 1×10 6 persisted up to 2000 h.Tha working temperature of the catalyst should not higher than 600 ℃.
