催化氧化法脱除黄磷尾气中PH_3、H_2S催化剂的性能与再生 被引量:1

The Performance and Regeneration of the Catalyst for Removing PH_3 and H_2S from Yellow Phosphrous Tail Gas by Catalytic Oxidation

摘要 对催化氧化法脱除黄磷尾气中磷化氢、硫化氢的JC-4型催化剂的催化性能和再生方法进行研究。实验测得JC-4型催化剂的PH3吸附容量为0.105 m3/kg催化剂,H2S吸附容量为0.045 m3/kg催化剂。床层高度的增加有利于提高单位床层催化剂的负荷。其再生方法简单,操作费用低,一次再生后的催化剂具有和新鲜催化剂相接近的催化性能和寿命。 The catalytic performance and regeneration of JC-4 catalyst for removing PH3 and H2S from yellow phosphorus tail gas by oxidation catalysis is studied. The adsorption quantity of JC-4 catalyst for PH3 and H2S is measured to be 0.105 m^3/kg-cat, and 0.045 m^3/kg-cat, respectively. The adsorptive capacity of the unit bed is enhanced with the increase of the bed' s height. The regenerated method of JC-4 catalyst is simple and low cost and the catalytic performance and longevity of the regenerated catalyst are approaching to the new catalyst ' s.
