摘要
近等基因系是研究作物性状表现与功能的重要材料。利用高代群体分离法 ,育成了 2对无花瓣油菜近等基因系 ,即NIL -PL0 1和NIL -APL0 1及NIL -PL0 2和NIL -APL0 2。近等基因系间除花瓣存在差异外 ,其它主要农艺性状基本一致 ,NIL -PL0 2和NIL -APL0 2具有浅紫色叶片和茎秆标记。NIL -PL0 1和NIL -APL0 1品质性状为双低 ,NIL -PL0 2和NIL -APL0 2为中芥高硫。利用随机引物对基因组DNA扩增结果表明 ,NIL -PL0 1和NIL -APL0 1之间多态性差异较小 ,遗传同质性达 98.6 % ,该材料正用于筛选与无花瓣性状紧密连锁的分子标记。
The near-isogenic lines (NILs) are the important materials in studying the performance and function of the crop traits. Two NILs of apetalous in rapeseed ( B.napus L.) named NIL-PL01 and NIL-APL01, NIL-PL02 and NIL-APL02 were bred from high generation of crosses between apetalous and normal petalous rapeseed. The agronomic traits between the NILs were identical except the difference in petal, the NIL-PL02 and NIL-APL02 had the character of light purple leaf and stem. The quality of NIL-PL01 and NIL-APL01 were low erucic acid and low glucosinolate content, while the NIL-PL02 and NIL-APL02 were medium erucic acid and high glucosinolate content. The genomic DNA PCR indicated that the genetic homogeneity between NIL-PL01 and NIL-APL01 reached 98.6%, which were being used in screening the molecular marker linked to apetalous trait.
