摘要
近等基因系只有一两个基因差异,可以减少很多不必要的工作,因此在作物育种、分子标记和基因定位等方面研究有着广泛的应用。综述了甘蓝型油菜近等基因系材料的构建及近等基因系材料在抗逆、分子标记和蛋白质组学等研究中的应用情况。认为随着构建技术的推广,新型近等基因系材料将会发挥更大的作用。
There are only one or two different genes between near isogenic lines, which are useful to reduce a lot of unnecessary work. So they are widely used in crop breeding, molecular markers and gene mapping. Rapeseed is the largest oil crops in China, and Brassica napus L. is the widest type of rapeseed. The application of construction of Brassica napus L. near isogenic lines and the research of stress tolerance, molecular marker and proteomics studies were summarized in this paper. With the development of new construction technologies, near isogenic lines will play a greater role in Brassica napus L. study.
