摘要
在两个生长期测定与玉米抗性相关的酶如超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),过氧化物酶(POD)等的活性大小及相关因子(如可溶性糖、丙二醛(MDA))的含量等生理生化指标,本实验结果表明1.沈单16光合作用可能比丹2100强。2.沈单16的氮代谢比丹2100旺盛。3.低浓度盐胁迫条件下SOD活性、POD活性,高盐浓度下降。盐胁迫下沈单16的SOD活性、POD活性比丹2100大。4.沈单16的SOD活性、POD活性、NR活性、可溶性糖含量各指标均高于丹2100,与丹2100相比较沈单16有较强的抗性。
In this paper, we examine some physiological and biochemical indexes for resistance of maize and the relationships between maize resistance and changes in activities of some enzymes for example peroxidase (POD), superoxide dismutase(SOD) and the ratio of some referred factors (eg.soluble sugar、malondidehyde(MDA) in two growing periods. The result suggested that :1.the photosynthesis of Shendan16 is stronger than that of Dan2100.2.the nigtrogen metabolize of Shendan 16 is more exuberant.3.under low salt stress the activities of SOD、POD amplified but low down under high salt stress. The activities of enzymes in Shendan16 is high. 4.the activities of POD,SOD,NR and the content of soluble sugar in Shendan16 are higher than Dan2100. In this experiment , compared with Dan2100 has higher resistance than Shendan16.
