摘要
论述了根瘤农杆菌介导的芸苔属植物基因转化机理、影响转化频率的主要因素、转化体的筛选 ,以及转基因芸苔属植物的遗传与表达等方面的最新研究进展 。
This paper reviews recent progress in genetic transformation mechanism of Brassica mediated by Agrobacterium tumefaciens,main factors which affect the frequency of transformation, selection of transformant, and the genetics and expression of foreign genes in transgenic plants. The problems that need further investigation are also analyzed.\;
