综述了近年来羊肚菌营养成分、有效成分 ,培养技术 ,以及细胞学。
Advances in the study of Morchella,including the culture technology, the nutrient Components and effective components of Morchella, as well as the cytological, the biochemical and the molecular biological study of Morchella were reviewed. While the future research direction of Morchella was discussed too.
