摘要
本文用细胞显微方法对南瓜属的三个种进行的细胞学观察发现,用苏木精染色和醋酸洋红继染,对南瓜的染色体作用较好.并发现黑籽南瓜染色体异染色质化强烈.在减数分裂末期Ⅰ,间期和末期Ⅱ,子细胞中常出现2~8个近圆形的染色很深的颗粒,它们呈有规律地分离.黑籽南瓜的这些细胞学现象,使它既区别于其他物种,又区别于它的两个近缘种中国南瓜和印度南瓜.
In this paper, the duration of meiosis and mitosis were observated in three species of squash(cucurbita L.).The results show that the chromosomes of squash be dyed better by means of Hematoxylin and Carmine in the microscopic cytochemistrg method.It had been observated that the cromosomes of black-seed squash have stronger heterochromati ni zation in inter phase of mitosis, and there are two to eight blackbody, be called RH-body in this paper, in telophase I, interkineisis, telophase II and tetrospores of meiosis. These bodies are large or small in size,round in shape,black in colour and be seperated in segregation of meiosis. These cytological characteristics of black-seed squash abovementioned make itself to different from its two relations spacies expri mented ( cushaw and pumpkin) and other genus.
