摘要
从细胞毒理学和免疫化学角度对磷酰胺除草剂APM对洋葱根尖细胞有丝分裂和微管功能的影响作了初步探讨 ,结果表明 ,经 10 μmol/LAPM处理 16h后 ,细胞出现多极分裂和不均等分裂现象 ,免疫化学检测表明 ,纺锤丝失去正常向两极辐射状排列的功能 ,而是凝聚成一团 。
The effect of APM on cell division and microtubule function at cytological and Immun biochemical level were studied.The experiment results indicated that multipolar cell division,unequal cell division could be induced when root meristems were treated by 10 μmol/L APM for 16 h.Immun biochemical testing showed that spindle fibers were condensed and lost their regular arrangement toward the two poles.Abnormal cell division was induced because the function of spindle fibers was disturbed.It was necessary to further study the genetic toxicity mechanism of APM on the cell division.It could be valuable in agriculture using phosphoric amide herbicide safely.
