摘要
以黄鳝为试验材料,研究了嗪草酮、2,4-D丁酯、艾割和使它隆4种除草剂对鱼类的致突变性。通过对经腹腔注射染毒上述4种除草剂的受试黄鳝的活体肾细胞染色体数目和形态的观察,分析其突变率。结果(经统计t检验)显示,嗪草酮、2,4-D丁酯、艾割和使它隆4种除草剂分别在其试验最低受试剂量50、0.05、50和8.0mg·kg-1(体重)即可引起黄鳝的染色体畸变,表明这4种除草剂对黄鳝均具有遗传毒性,应在施用中严加管控,预防其对环境的风险性。
The induced mutagenesis by 4 herbicides (i.e Metribuzin, 2, 4-D butylate, argold and starane) on Monopterus albus was observed and analyzed. After injected with herbicides through the abdomen cavity, the kidney cells were used for the chromosome aberration rate analysis by air-drying method. The results (by T-test) showed that the four kinds of herbicides could induce chromosomal aberrations even at the lowest injection dosage during the experiment, i.e. 50mg·kg^-1 for metribuzin, 0.05mg·kg^-1 for 2, 4-D butylate, 50mg·kg^-1 for argold and 8.0mg·kg^-1 for starane respectively. The chromosome structure aberrations varied with different herbicides: ring chromosome caused by metribuzin, 2, 4-D butylate and argold; while, chromosome rupture by metribuzin and 2, 4-D butylate; single chromosome rupture by starane. The four kinds of herbicides had genetic toxicity to Monopterus albu. It was suggested that the four kinds of herbicides should be strictly controlled in order to prevent hazard to the aquatic animal and the environment.
