摘要
本文运用计算流体力学(CFD)技术,以大型流体工程计算软件CFX4.3为工具,模拟研究了喷煤燃烧器的拢焰罩长度对回转窑内煤粉燃烧过程规律的影响。结果表明,一定长度的拢焰罩有利于加强燃烧器出口附近的湍流混合和煤粉燃烧。
By applying Computation fluid-dynamics Technology (CFD) and large fluidized engineering calculation software CF/4.3, simulation research on determing the lip length of flame holding which has an effect on fuel combustion in rotary kiln has been carried out. The results shows that the lip length of flame holding is due important to the turbulent flow mixing at burner outlet and the burning of coal meal.
