摘要
对某窑头四风道燃烧器进行三维建模和网格划分,并采用标准k-ε湍流模型对其进行冷态下气相流场数值模拟。计算结果合理反映了窑内的流场变化以及各个管层风在燃烧器工作中的重要作用,并通过改变中心风所占理论燃烧空气的比例,分析了不同风量的中心风对燃烧器流场的影响,对工业中燃烧器喷头结构设计和风量参数选用有着重要的参考价值。
Through three-dimensional modeling,meshing,and using the standard k-ε turbulence model,the cold flow field's numerical simulation of the four-channel kiln burner was studied.The calculated results reasonably reflect the changes in the flow field of the kiln and various pipe-air's important role of the work,and by changing the cooling air's rate of the theoretical combustion air,it analysed the influence of different cooling air's volume on flow field,and provided the industrial burner nozzle structural design and choosing the air volume parameters with important reference value.
