摘要
运用计算流体力学(CFD)技术,以大型流体工程计算软件CFX4.4为工具,模拟研究了煤粉燃烧器内的轴向风道宽度、旋流叶片角度与轴向长度的结构变化对燃烧器出口处流体流动参数的影响,分别给出了出口喷射流量、出口平均喷射流速与最大喷射流速、旋流强度等的变化规律,其结果对指导多通道燃烧器的工业化优化设计与现场操作具有现实意义。
By using the technology of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and a large-scale fluid-engineering computational software ?CFX4.4, we simulated and studied the influence of the structural changes of axial wind pipe's breadth, swirl-flow vane's angle and axial length on fluid's flow parameters of burner's outlet, and respectively gave the changing laws of outlet's spurt rate of flow, outlet's average and maximal spurt velocity of flow, swirl -flow intensity, etc. The results of which have practical significance on guiding multicenter burner's industrialization optimization design and operation.
