摘要
目的 分析淮北市梅毒的流行趋势 ,为制定防治对策提供依据。方法 对淮北市 1995～ 2 0 0 1年性病疫情报表中梅毒疫情资料进行收集整理 ,采用趋势卡方检验进行分析。结果 淮北市梅毒发病率从 1995年的 0 .11/ 10万上升到 2 0 0 1年的 3.79/ 10万 ,年平均增长速度为 80 .4 % ;梅毒在报告的 8种性病中所占比例逐年增加 ;在性别构成上 ,女性发病增幅上升趋势尤为明显。结论 应尽快制定有效的防治对策 ,突出重点人群、重点环节 ,控制梅毒疫情的蔓延 。
Objetive In order to understand syphilis epidemic trend and develop strategies to control the disease in Huaibei.Methods the reported cases of syphilis through STDs report system from 1995 to 2001 in Huaibei were analyzed by trend test. Results The results showed the incidence of syphilis in Huaibei city increased alarmingly from 0.11 per 100000 in 1995 to 3.79 per 100000 in 2001 and the average annual increase rate of syphilis was 80.4%. The proportion of syphilis among 8 kinds of STDs increased significantly (P<0.05). The proportion of female cases also increased significantly from 1995 to 2001. Conclusions The incidence of syphilis increased significantly from 1995 to 2001 in Huaibei. The development of effective strategies to bring epidemic under control is urgently needed.
