摘要
生技霉素中除了主要组分 4 " -异戊酰螺旋霉素 、 、 (生技霉素 A1 、B1 、E1 )和小组分 4 " -丁酰/异丁酰螺旋霉素 (生技霉素 A2α/ A2β)以外 ,还含有其它 4 " -酰化螺旋霉素和少量杂质。经过 U V、IR、SI-MS、1 H- NMR、1 3C- NMR、1 H- 1 H COSY等光谱分析 ,并与生技霉素已知组分的光谱数据进行对照 ,确定了生技霉素 A0 为普拉特霉素 A1 ,生技霉素 B3为 4 " -丙酰螺旋霉素 ,生技霉素 C2 为 4 " -丙酰螺旋霉素 ,并对各组分所有碳氢信号的化学位移作出了明确的归属。
Shengjimycins are a group of hybrid 4' O acylspiramycins which were produced by a genetically engineered strain WSJ 1 bearing 4' O isovaleryl transferase gene. Besides the major components, 4' O isovalerylspiramycin Ⅲ, Ⅱ, Ⅰ (shengjimycin A 1, B 1, E 1) and minor component 4' O butyryl/isobutyrylspiramycin Ⅲ (shengjimycin A 2α /A 2β ), some other 4' O acylspiramycins and impurities have also been found in the mixture. Based on spectral analysis of UV, IR, SI MS, 1 H NMR, 13 C NMR, 1 H 1H COSY, the structures of Shengjimycin A 0, B 3 and C 2 were elucidated as platenomycin A 1, 4' O propionylspiramycin Ⅲ and 4' O propionylspiramycin Ⅱ, respectively.
