摘要
生技霉素是一组４＂－酰化螺旋霉素，继从生技霉素产生菌发酵液中分离到主要组分生技霉素Ａ和Ｂ之后，利用两相分配及柱层析的分离方法，又分离到分子量为９６８的化合物生技霉素Ａ２。根据其ＵＶ、ＩＲ、ＦＡＢ－ＭＳ、１Ｈ－ＮＭＲ、１３Ｃ－ＮＭＲ、ＤＥＰＴ谱、１Ｈ－１ＨＣＯＳＹ的分析及与４＂－异戊酰螺旋霉素Ⅲ（即生技霉素Ａ）光谱数据的比较表明生技霉素Ａ２含分子式皆为Ｃ５０Ｈ８４Ｎ２Ｏ１６的４＂－异丁酰螺旋霉素Ⅲ（生技霉素Ａ２β）和４＂－丁酰螺旋霉素Ⅲ（生技霉素Ａ２α）。生技霉素Ａ２碱水解产物中游离脂肪酸的气相色谱及ＧＣ－ＭＳ分析支持了以上结论。
Two of 4'-acylspiramycins, shengjimycin A2αand A2βwere isolated from the fermentation broth of a spiramycin producing strain bearing 4'-acyltransferase gene by means of twophase partition and silica gel column chromatography. Based on the comparison of their spectral data with those of 4'-isovalerylspiramycin Ⅲ, ie. shengjimycin A and the results of GC and GCMS analysis of fatty acid, the structures of shengjimycin A2αand A2βhave been assigned as 4'-butyry-lspiramycin Ⅲ and 4'-isobutyrylspiramycin Ⅲ respectively.
