摘要
目的 :建立高效液相色谱 (HPL C)法测定癣立净涂膜剂中苦参碱的含量。方法 :采用中性氧化铝柱层分离提取 ,HPLC法测定色谱条件以 HP ODSHypersil柱为固定相 ,乙腈 - 0 .0 1mol/ L磷酸水溶液 -无水乙醇 (8∶ 1∶ 1)为流动相 ,检测波长 2 0 5 nm,流速 0 .8ml/ min,柱温为室温。结果 :在 0 .79～ 3.95μg范围内有良好的线性关系 ,平均回收率为 98.77% (n=5 ) ,RSD=1.13%。结论 :方法简便 ,准确 ,重现性好 。
Objective:To establish a HPLC method for determination of Matrine in Xuanlijing Liniment.Methods: Matrine in Xuanlijing Liniment was extracted by neutral alumina column chromatography. The chromatographic condition of HPLC included HP ODS Hypersil column, CH3CN-0.01 mol/L H 3PO 4- CH 3CH 2OH (8∶1∶1) as the mobile phase, detected at 205 nm, flow rate 0.8 ml/min and column temperature at room temperature.Results:The linear range was 0.79~3.95 μg and the average recovery was 98.77% (n=5), RSD=1.13%. Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate and reliable, it can be a quality control standard of Xuanlijing Liniment.
