摘要
采用β 环糊精修饰的胶束电动毛细管色谱法分离测定了大黄中 5种有效成分。缓冲溶液为磷酸盐(pH 1 0~ 1 0 .38)含 2 0mmol LSDS和 1 0mmol Lβ CD ,1 0 %~ 1 5 % (V V)的甲醇或异丙醇。对生大黄和蒙古大黄样品进行了测定 。
Cyclodextrin (β-CD) modified micellar electrokinetic chromatographic method was adopted for the determination of five effective constituents in rhubarb. Under the optimized conditions: phosphate buffer (pH 10 38) containing 20 mmol/L sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS), 10 mmol/L β-CD and 10%~15% (V/V) methanol or isopropanol, the five components were separated within 23 min. Two commercial Rhubarb samples were analyzed by this method, and the results obtained were satisfactory.
