现代远程高等教育的迅速发展为高等教育的质量保证提出了一个严肃的问题。我们必须树立全新的现代远程高等教育质量观,建立起以独立中介评估机构和行业认证为核心的,国家、区域、学校有机结合的全方位、立体化的教育质量评估监控网络,确保现代远程高等教育的质量。
The rapid development of modern distance higher education has raised a serious issue of quality assurance for higher education.This article suggests that we should set up an entirely new outlook for modern distance higher education quality.It suggests as well that we need to set up an education quality evaluation control net-work in all directions and in three-dimensions to assure the quality of modern distance higher education with the independent intermediary evaluation organization and industry authentication as the key elements and organ-ic combination of the nation,regions and institutions.
