摘要
茄子是一种重要的世界性蔬菜。在茄体细胞变异、体细胞杂交、单倍体育种、遗传转化以及分子标记遗传图谱构建和重要性标记分析等方面已有研究 。
Eggplant is very important vegetable crop in the world. The research advances made in the molecular biology were introduced, which included germplasm resources, plant regeneration, somaclonal variation, somatic hybridization, haploid breeding, genetic engineering and genetic mapping and important horticultural traits tagging with molecular marker. The prospect of biotechnology in eggplant genetic breeding and germplasm enhancement was also discussed.
