摘要
对嗜热放线菌X3221的发酵液进行溶剂萃取、Sephadex LH-20柱分离、中压控纯化,得到一具有抗菌和抗肿瘤活性的抗生素C3221-A。通过理化性质比较和结构单定确定其为Thermorubin A。
An Antibiotic C3221 - A which has the antibacterial activity and antitumor activity was extracted with solvent, isolated by sephadex LH - 20 and purified by YMC - ODS column form fennentation broth of Thermoactinomyces sp.C3221.By means of the determination of UV、IR、MS、1H- NMR spectra, C3221 - A was identical with Thermorubin A.
