摘要
目的：探讨不同的软膏基质对阿昔洛韦（ＡＣＶ）透皮性能的影响。方法：设计四种不同基质的处方，测定ＡＣＶ从处方中的释放与经皮渗透性质，并与商品ＡＣＶ软膏进行比较。结果：四种软膏基质中ＡＣＶ的释放速率与透皮速率均大于商品ＡＣＶ软膏，乳膏基质、Ⅰ号凝胶基质、ＰＥＧ基质、Ⅱ号凝胶基质中药物的透皮速率分别是商品软膏的２．４７，４．９８，１２．７９与１７．８５倍。结论：由卡巴浦、月桂氮苷卓酮、丙二醇、薄荷油及辅助促透剂组成的ＡＣＶ软膏为较好的处方。
OBJECTIVE :The four ointment formulations of acyclovir (ACV) were prepared to select optimal formulation for ACV. METHODS :The release rate and percutaneous rate through rat skin in vitro were measured using the modified Franz diffusion cell and an ACV ointment from a commercial source was used as reference preparation. RESULTS :The result showed that the release rates of ACV from four formulations were all larger than that of the reference preparation.The percutaneous rates of ACV from cream,gel (),PEG and gel () ointment bases were 2.5,5.0,12.8 and 17.9fold larger than that of the reference. CONCLUSIONS :The formulation which was made of carbomer and contains laurocapram,propylene glycol,methanol oil and an assist percutaneous enhancer is better than others.
