摘要 中简要回顾了光纤气体传感技术近二十年的发展历程 ,对光纤气体传感的关键技术进行了分析 ,在此基础上提出通过对工业现场条件下的传感单元的研究 ,可调谐光源的研究以及复用技术的研究 ,可以使光纤气体传感技术最终走向实用化。 The paper reviews the development of the optical fiber gas sensor in the past 20 years and analyzes the key techniques in this field.It shows that the research on the gas cell for the industrial application,the tunable laser and fiber multiplex technique will increase the practicability of the optical fiber gas sensor.
