摘要
论述了远程光纤甲烷气体传感系统的可靠性设计方案,采用半导体激光器光源开关调制方式发送光信号,通过光缆下传到各个气体传感单元,气体传感单元的光信号再通过光缆上传,返回到控制中心,有效抑制了传感过程中的外界白噪声,保证光纤甲烷气体传感系统的可靠工作。
The paper stated the reliability design alternative for remote optical fiber methane gas sensor system. Optical signals were transmitted with a semiconductor laser light source switch modulation method. With the optical fibers, the optical signals were transmitted down to each gas sensor element. The optical signals from the gas sensor element then were transmitted up with the optical fiber and then returned to the control center. The alternative can effectively control the pure noise from the outside during the sensor processing, which could ensure the reliable operation of the optical fiber methane gas sensor system.
