摘要
目的 建立一种测定废水中间苯二酚的新方法。方法 采用流动注射技术研究了酸性条件下,高锰酸钾与间苯二酚的化学发光行为,对影响化学发光强度的诸因素进行了实验和探讨,建立了流动注射化学发光法测定间苯二酚的新方法。结果 方法的检出限为0.06μg/ml,线性范围为0.2-80μg/ml,对4.0μg/ml间苯二酚进行11次平行测定,相对标准偏差为1.3%。结论 流动注射化学发光法可用于测定废水中间苯二酚的含量。
Objective To establish a new method for determination of resorcinol in waste water. Methods The chemical luminescent reaction of KMnO4 and resorcinol in acid solution was studied by flow injection analysis. The related factors affecting chemical luminescent intensity were explored. The method for determination of resorcinol was established by flow injection analysis with chemical luminescence detection. Results The detection limit and linear range were 0.06μg/ml and 0.2-80 μg/ml respectively. The relative standard deviation of 1.3% was obtained by 11 parallel determinations of 4.0μg/ml resorcinol. Conclusion This method was satisfactorily applied to determination of resorcinol in waste water.
