摘要
在盐酸介质中,高锰酸钾-甲醛-Fe( )为强化学发光体系,据此,建立了流动注射化学发光法测定铁的新方法,并探讨了发光反应的机理.方法的线性范围为1~100μg.L-1,检出限为0.6μg.L-1,对10μg.L-1的Fe( )标准溶液连续11次测定的相对标准偏差为2.0%.该方法可用于环境水样中微量铁的测定.
In hydrochloric acid medium, the chemical system of potassium permanganate-formaldhyde- Fe(Ⅱ) can produce intensive chemiluminescence. Based on it, a new method was proposed for the determination of micro iron by flow injection chemiluminescence. The linear range for the determination was 1~100 μg·L^(-1) and the detection limit was 0.6 μg·L^(-1). The RSD was 2.0% for 11 measurements of 10 μg·L^(-1) Fe(Ⅱ)standard solution. The method has been used for the determination of micro iron in environmental water samples with satisfactory results.
