摘要
目的 :系统区分药典品麝香及进口麝香。方法 :应用显微鉴别、薄层色谱、气相色谱在性状、鉴别、含量等方面对二者进行比较研究。结果 :进口麝香的麝香酮含量极低 ,不符合药典规定。结论
Objective: Systematic differentiate between musk and imported musk.Methods: Comprative studies on Musk and imported Musk in the description.The indetification and the contents with microindentification and TLC.GC.Results: The Muskone content in imported Musk is lower.It doesn't accord with the demands of pharmacopoeia.Conclusion: The imported Musk can not instead of the Musk of pharmacopoeia.
