摘要
为了揭示小麦进化材料营养特性的变化规律 ,利用 10个不同基因型小麦进化材料 ,研究了其氮、磷养分利用效率 (NU E和 PU E)的变化。发现从二倍体→四倍体→六倍体的进化过程中 ,NUE先逐渐增加 ,到四倍体后变化不大 ;而 PUE则一直下降。造成整株水平上 NU E差异的生理机制在于叶片瞬时光合 NU E的差异 ,瞬时光合NUE主要决定于以干重表示的净光合速率。叶片瞬时 PUE的差异不是造成整株水平上 PUE差异的原因。单叶水平上的 NUE和 PUE联系紧密 ,而整株水平上的 NUE和 PUE存在相对独立性。
Ten wheat evolution materials were used to study changes of N and P use efficiency (NUE, PUE) during wheat evolution. The results showed that NUE gradually increased from diploid to tetraploid, then changed little from tetraploid to hexaploid. PUE gradually decreased during the wheat evolution from diploid to tetraploid to hexaploid. The difference of leaf instantaneous photosynthetic NUE was the major physiological mechanism of NUE difference at whole plant level, but it was not the case for PUE. Photosynthetic NUE was mainly related with net photosynthetic rate expressed on dry weight. NUE and PUE were closely related with each other at the leaf level but they were independent at the whole plant level.
